------------------
Never having been to a conference like this before, I don't know what to expect. I'll likely be in a room with other similar presenters. What I'm doing is ambiguously stated. My acceptance letter says it's a Technical Showcase. The rest of the site says i'm doing a Poster Demonstration. I hope that is not a droll as it sounds. I get electricity, a table, and an 8x4 poster.
My worry is that this whole thing is a waste of $485 and that I'll look like a combination of:
A guy selling BBQ under a highway billboard, waiting for someone to stop
A boy scout selling popcorn at a table set up right in the exit path at Publix
Nish Patel, CEO of Concept Share is generously helping me offset the cost of the registration. I hope to represent my unique use of their excellent product well. I have asked that Full Sail help me as well, and have not heard whether or not this will occur.
My research is viewable at my iWeb site.
