I like your class on meditation. You explained every single aspect and distribute the material on the right track. You also added a glossary that explained unknown words, or new words presented in the class. I like the graphics they match the class overall. You explain the basis of meditation, posture and also the times when a person needs to do it. The videos were self explanatory and the process of different answers also made the whole process easy to complete. I really enjoy your class. I learn a few tricks myself to meditate and it was fun through out.
